As the winter months come I wanted a bag that will keep my stuff dry like my mobile phone and be able to keep a spare tube plus the pocket rocket waterproof in. This fits the bill perfectly and the large bag does not look out of place on my Allez.

Good quality pack. Large enough to hold spare tube small pump and bike tool. Looks good and fits well beneath seatpost without risk of falling off.
