Brooks Proofide Leather Treatment Wax

Brooks Proofide leather treatment wax preserves your leather saddle, to give it an even longer life. To help with the ""breaking in' process of your new Brooks leather treat it with Proofide to keep the leather supple. Proofide is specially formulated from natural ingredients to condition, preserve and showerproof your saddle. To avoid damage to your Brooks saddle, only use genuine Brooks Proofide on it.

Proofide is really easy to use - just apply to the finished side of the leather, allow to sink in until dry, then polish off. Proofide should be used several times during the 'breaking-in' period and every three-six months thereafter. On bicycles not fitted with mudguards, an initial application to the underside of the saddle will be beneficial.
