Note: Castelli size their clothing small. For the best fit, go up one size
The Castelli S. Uno cycling gloves provide protection for your palms whilst the short finger design keeps you well ventilated and comfortable. On the back of there is a micro mesh fabric for even more breathability.
A velcro wrist closure allows you to easily get a firm but unrestrictive fit. There is also a pull tab so you can easily take the S. Uno gloves off. At 39g for the pair, these are very light gloves.
As you expect from Castelli, the designs are elegant - they really look the part.

How to measure yourself for gloves
Use your left hand if you’re left handed, or right if you’re right handed. Keep your hand flat and use a tape measure to find the circumference of your palm at the widest point below your knuckles (excluding your thumb).
Measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of your hand.
The largest of these measurements is your correct glove size. Go with the larger size if you’re between sizes on the chart.

What are cycling gloves?
Cycling gloves are specially adapted to cosset your hands while riding. Cycling can put a lot of pressure on your palms, so dedicated bike gloves are very important.
Who needs cycling gloves?
Every rider will benefit from gloves. They aren’t just to keep your hands warm – they provide grip, protection and essential padding.
What are the choices?
Long fingered for winter, short fingered or mitts for summer. Off roaders might want long gloves, perhaps with armoured knuckles, all year round. There are gloves with minimal padding and seams, or mitts with gel cushioning to protect your nerves.
What should I buy with it?
More gloves! Most cyclists will need a long fingered pair of gloves in winter and mitts for summer.
About that little bit of terry fabric on the thumb – yes, it really is for wiping your snotty nose on as you ride. Because of this, you really need to be washing your gloves as often as you wash the rest of your kit.
