CollectPlus Return Label (Items under 10kg)

The Collect+ label will be emailed to you within 24 hours

Eligible items:

• Items under £50
• Items weighing less than 10kg

Please attach the label to your package and drop it off at your local Collect+ store. 

Parcel Criteria 

1.  All Parcels must be Correctly Packaged and have a Label attached. 
   
2. Parcels must not weigh more than 10 kilograms nor exceed dimensions of 50 centimetres x 50 centimetres x 60 centimetres. 
   
3. Collect+ reserve the right to reject a Parcel at the Relevant Collection Point if the Parcel exceeds the weight or dimensions stated here or there is not a valid Label attached.
