Dawes Duchess Womens - Nearly New - 17F - 2017 Hybrid Bike

This Dawes Duchess hybrid bike has previously been used as a demonstration bike by our show and events team. As a result of its limited use, the bike is showing some signs of light wear and is missing the rear mudguard & front wicker basket.

The bike remains in excellent condition and has undergone a thorough inspection by our professional mechanics. As with all our bikes, it comes with a 12 month Tredz warranty, plus any additional manufacturer warranty which may apply.

Classic style meets modern convenience. The Dawes Duchess is a classic women’s hybrid bike that offers a comfortable, practical ride with heritage styling. The double basket is a real stand out feature as it allows you to carry the rattan inner basket in to the shops without having to fiddle with straps and buckles when you take it off the bike.

The steel frame features a lowered top tube to make getting on and off the bike easier and offers a comfortable upright riding position. To keep the bike perfectly proportioned in all sizes, the smaller framed models roll on 26” MTB style wheels while the larger sizes feature 700c road bike wheels.

Mudguards and chain guards help to keep you clean on wet roads while the rear rack offers extra carrying capacity. The sprung saddle aids comfort while the kick stand makes parking easier when you reach your destination. All the components are colour matched to compliment the stylish look.

The Shimano 7 speed drivetrain features a wide range cassette, giving a good spread of wide gears for cycling up and down gentle hills.
