    Stout and heavy.

I am what could be called a 'Easy Rider' and buy very little of the 'Get-Ups' you see on cyclists now. I like toe clips without the strapping. These short clips take a good range of ordinary trainers and the weight makes my pedals hang down with the clips at the bottom....ready for me to tap the pedal to put my shoe...A good buy!

    Robust toeclips

Bought two pairs for my daughters to use. I wanted toe clips which would be easy for them to get their feet into. But I wanted them to be robust enough to survive if they were pedalled down on and not be damaged if they ended up hanging under the pedal and hitting the ground. These clips come with a full set of fixings and out of the box gave the impression that they would survive the abuse they might get from a 10 and 13 year old. After several cycling trips this summer they have done their job well. Both girls can get their feet into the toe clips with no problem most of the time when wearing trainer type cycling shoes. On those occasions when they did not manage to get a foot into the toe clip the clip survived being pedalled on and/or the occasional scrape on the ground. I would buy these again.
