The ETC Double 600D Pannier Bag is a complete luggage carrying system, comprising two panniers joined together at the top. The Panniers fix to your bike's luggage rack with webbing straps.
Each pannier has a large compartment and an external pocket to keep your belongings organised.
I like the design of these, with separate side pockets for small items, a carrying handle and loops for a should strap. Also quick to put on the bike - just drop over the rack and secure with Velcro. Unfortunately they are not durable. I have used them for 3 months to carry my lunch and a change of clothes on my daily 16 mile commuter round trip and the stitching is now failing in several places. In the process of claiming a refund.

Looks sturdy. Attachments are all velcro. Just enough to carry light shopping or change of clothes.

What are pannier bags?
Pannier bags hang from the sides of luggage racks and enable you to carry heavy loads with minimal fuss. A pannier either side evenly distributes weight and lowers the bike’s centre of gravity, although you can just use one for smaller loads.
Who needs pannier bags?
Panniers are great for commuting, as you can fit in everything you need – a change of clothes, shoes, lunch, laptop, files, etc. On a grander scale, panniers are the ideal accompaniment for touring adventures, as the equivalent of a suitcase.
What are the choices?
The pannier choice is vast, from attractive designs to classic colour schemes. Waterproofing is an obvious factor, to prevent soggy luggage. Panniers with straps mean you can easily transfer them from the bike and use as a bag and plenty of pockets or separate compartments make organisation a doddle.
What should I buy with them?
Panniers need a rack to hang from. If you’re hanging one at the front, you’ll need oversized bars. At the back, you’ll need eyelets in the frame for a rack or you can find quick release racks, although these carry less weight.
Panniers make a great alternative to backpacks when it comes to preventing back injuries.
