    Quality product but

As usual from Jagwire, top quality cable with some nice little extra touches. It is made for an MTB but I used it on a Cyclocross Bike. The kit comes with a generous amount of outer cable, I only needed about half of it, and 2 inner cables, one short, one long for front and rear mechs. There's also a bunch of goodies including ferrules, cable ends, rubber frame protectors, etc. One of the clever bits in this kit is the sleeve that fits over the exposed inner cables between the cable stops on your frame and mates with the nosed-ferrules to keep mud and water out of the system (watch the Jagwire ripcord installation video). But to take advantage of this feature you would need a straight run between 2 cable stops, for example each end of the down tube. But on my bike the inner cable emerges from the outer at the top end of the down tube, and then remains exposed as it passes through a guide under the bottom bracket before finally re-entering the outer at the cable stop at the end of the chainstay. So this type of cable routing can't really make full use of the sealed feature. Probably works well with rear suspension bikes. Next time I'll just buy basic Jagwire inner and outer I think.

    Jagwire Ripcord

Same system Avid use noodled ferrules with sheathing to cover the exposed cable much better overall quality than the Avid stuff though.
