New York Kryptonite Lock

This is the sturdiest lock I have ever owned. I have lost several bikes in my time even with good Dlocks but never with the New York Kryptonite Lock gold standard. I can see that several attempts have been made from the cutting marks on the rubber coating but theyve obviously not been able to cut it and left. Job done!

The lock is pretty much indestructible when used properly to lock your bike. In the off chance the thief is carrying around an angle grinder or some equivalent the company offers to insure your bike just send them a piece of broken lock and hey presto you have a new bike.

this lock is excellent I have used one for the last year or so and I am buying another for my partner. strongly recommend to all cyclists... remember the security of the railings or whatever you are securing to is just as important as the quality of lock! dont lock to flimsy fencing etc if you want to keep your bike. happy riding!

Amazing lock but quite heavy

Brilliant lock extremely sturdy. The bracket does wear after a while as you would expect carrying this lock through the UKs potholes day after day. The lock is quite heavy but this is an unavoidable fact if you want something to stand up to an angle grinder about 40 mins I read somewhere it takes to cut this lock.
