The Lezyne Micro Caddy is a nifty little storage accessory that won't get in the way or weigh you down thanks to its sleek design and low weight. The small size holds a road tube and a small multi-tool whilst the medium size has room for two road or one mountain bike tyres and a small multi-tool so with either size, you'll be prepared if a tyre disaster strikes. The Micro Caddy is easy to attach and just as easy to take off again if you want to move it between bikes and has a waterproof zipper and reflective tail light loop. Handy pockets help you get super organised.
A very compact seat bag. For me the size Small version comfortably fits the standard road tube two levers and patches alongside a smallten piece multitool and gel.

Fantastic. Small enough for a jersey pocket but powerful enough to get enough PSI into your road tyre after a flat. Beautifully made too.

What are saddle bags?
A small bag for your bike such as a seatpack or frame bag gives you the opportunity to transport useful tools, snacks and valuables to prevent them falling out of your pockets. They are attached using Velcro or clips so they can easily be removed and washed.
Who needs a saddle bag?
Smaller bags are ideal for shorter journeys when you only need the bare essentials. They are favoured by weight-conscious cyclists as you can fit in a surprising amount of stuff without affecting the aerodynamics of your bike.
What are the choices?
You can choose from seatpacks which fit snuggly under your saddle, frame bags which attach to your frame or bar bags which are often seen on triathlon bikes. Look for sturdy, durable, waterproof material and separate compartments for easier organisation.
What should I buy with them?
Why not kit your bag out with some cycling essentials? A hand pump and/or CO2 cannisters are an obvious choice, along with a small puncture repair kit, multitool, energy bar and a couple of quid for a snack, drink or emergency phonecall (that’s if you’re lucky enough to find a phonebox these days).
Just remember that small luggage bags can be easy to remove, so remember to take any valuables out if you’re leaving your bike unattended.
