    100 max lumen output

The Lezyne Strip Drive Pro delivers a massive 100 lumen output. For a rear bike light this is impressive. The LED’s are angled downwards to the road surface to illuminate the road behind you, without dazzling other road users.

Designed for UK weather the Strip Drive Pro comes with a new Co-Moulded body. It’s waterproof to the FL1 standard.

    9 brightness modes

There are 9 modes to choose from including Blast, Enduro, Economy and six flash modes. This means you can optimise the brightness of the Drive Pro for the riding conditions. Lumen output will vary from 100 to 5 depending on the mode you choose.

A new Memory Mode function ensures the light will always return to the last mode you used, whenever you turn the light on.

    11 hour battery life

For such a powerful rear bike light the 11 hour maximum burn-time is welcome, long enough for weekly commute (an hour each way).

    Features

    • New Mode Memory function - returns to last selected mode each time light is turned on.
    • New Co-moulded construction to seal against weather.
    • Rubber end cap which removes to show integrated USB stick charge (no cables required).
    • Domed lens for side visibility.
    • Aero seat post compatible
    • Battery and charge indication LED.
    • Nine modes: Blast, Enduro and Economy, six flash modes.
    • Output rating: Day Flash 100lm, Blast 25lm, Enduro 10lm, Economy 5lm, Flash modes 25lm - 5lm.
    • Burn times: 1:40hr - 11hr depending on mode.
    • Waterproof (FL1 standard).
    • 2 year warranty

    Excellent rear light

I like the build quality, the design and choice of settings. It's easy to use and charge. As it's so bright a quick look down confirms you're still lit up at the back.. I would recommend to anyone who wants to be seen on the road. Apparently this light also goes onto power saving when the battery is low, so hopefully won't get caught out without a rear light on the way home!

    ticks all the boxes

The latest of several Lezyne lights I have, the Strip Drive Pro easily matches their usual quality. I love the attention to design : Very robust ; fits any profile seat post (I have both aero and cylindrical) easily and securely ; Easy to operate and memorises last setting ; Very bright ; good selection of modes ; built in USB plug (so no cable to find) ; excellent battery life. Altogether really well thought out by people who obviously like to use the gear they produce. The lugs, to which the rubber securing strap attaches, come through the sides of the case body but are an extension of the rear lens assembly. That means that you can check the light is working just by looking back between your legs to see the lugs flashing - design genius !

    rear light

I particularly like the vertical led layout. Lots of options to choose from, flashing blinking etc. Particularly like the charging usb method, dead easy to use.

    So far so good

This is the fourth rear light I have had in the last 18 months due to the others failing (lezyne zecto drive and moon comet). Immediately to look at you can see the Strip Drive is a solidly built unit with a large rubber cap which hides the USB stick- like charging system. This is much less fiddly than other systems with USB wire connections and the light charges quickly. The only thing is that the rubber cap is detached completely for charging so it may get lost. I am hoping that while on the bike the cap will stop any water ingress as it fits snugly and inside there doesn't seem to be any components that would be damage by water anyway... The light itself is slightly bigger than I was expecting and is very bright. I would say brighter than the moon comet. It throws a large red patch of light onto the road behind and has several battery saving flashing modes of which the 'night rider' sliding strobe is my favourite. The light is held by a large rubber strap and do it can only be mounted in line with whatever you are strapping it to (so vertically on your seat post etc.) But due to its size and my seat post bag it has to mounted on my bikes seatstays. Overall the light is very impressive and I am just hoping it can stand up to the worst the winter can throw at it.

Fantastic Rear Light - Usual High Price Tag

Looking for a rear light that is easy to add/remove from the seat stem and I stumbled across this one. Fits the bill perfectly - dead easy to take on and off with the rubber mounting strap (sold separately should you lose/break it). USB charging couldn't be easier, although best to use a wall charger (Apple phone charger is perfect) to cut down on charge time. Charge indicator and charge remaining are easy to read. Battery life is roughly as advertised and the output is fantastic. 100 lumen Day Flash (5:00 hours) to get you noticed during the day and 50* lumen Blast (1 hour 40 mins) for the low light winter commute home. Highly recommended, if a little expensive. *according to Lezyne.
