The Adventurer 2800 comes preloaded with selected British National Parks on Ordnance Survey Landranger 1:50,000 maps, and with credit to download a further 10,000km2 of maps from the Memory Map website.

Memory Map, the country’s leading digital map supplier for the outdoors, has launched its first ever dedicated handheld GPS device.

The Adventurer 2800 is set to break the mould of current ruggedized handheld GPS models as it comes pre-loaded with Ordnance Survey Landranger maps rather than requiring the customer to purchase separate SD cards at extra cost. The Adventurer 2800 is also fully compatible with Memory Map’s award winning PC software, which means customers with existing Memory Map V5 products on their PC can also download any of their maps to use in the Adventurer 2800 for free.

The Adventurer 2800 is lighter than all of its competitors yet is still weatherproof and rugged for outdoor use. It boasts the highest screen resolution in its class (an unrivalled 96,000 pixels) - meaning detailed Ordnance Survey maps are sharp and clearly viewable.
