Designed to attack the trail the Nukeproof Scout 275 Comp is a trail ready hardtail mountain bike. Its playful nature harks back to the roots of MTB but with all the advantages of a thoroughly modern frame design and component spec.

The 6061 aluminium frame is hydroformed and offers a stiff platform with an aggressive trail geometry - a slack, 66 degree head angle, short, 425mm chainstays and a low, -50mm bottom bracket height. Bolt through axles front and rear are combined with a tapered head tube to keep things nice and stiff.

The Manitou Mattoc fork is lightweight and offers 140mm of plush suspension travel to smooth the trail. The SRAM GX 1x11 speed drivetrain offers simple and reliable shifting so you can take on all gradients without having to think twice about gear choice. The Nukeproof dropper post allows you to attack every trail section.

Explore endless singletrack, rail the berms and hit up the jumps the Nukeproof Scout 275 Comp can do it all.

    Amazing frame

Positives- Love this bike, Its light, and built like a nuclear bomb shelter. Brakes are pretty solid and rims and wheels great quality. option for tubeless is a bonus too. Negatives. The suspension isnt great. The lock out is clumsy but thats about it for the bike. My main negatives are about tredz themselves. Looks like the bike build was rushed to hell. the rear derailleur wasn't fitted properly, the brake discs were not flush and sitting properly. They rounded off the thread on the inside of the stem. obviously from trying to screw in a bolt that wasn't lined up properly. (had to replace this). Didnt bother contacting tredz. As i fixed the other stuff myself and its was less time consuming getting another stem myself. Overall the bike is fantastic. But i wont be buying another bike off Tredz. Will be getting the nukeproof pulse later in the year. and to be honest i cant afford a £3000 bike being stuffed up because of bad builders and poor quality control.
