At only 65g each (approx 50% lighter than a regular tube), Panaracers R-Air ultralight innertubes weigh less than many latex tubes.
They are produced with a special Butyl compound, so unlike latex or other manufacturers lightweight tubes R-Air tubes do not loose air and do not sacrifice puncture resistance.
Beautifully made tubes which are feather light. Have not really found any benefit in ride quality which is claimed and have suffered no punctures to date. Would recommend these for "best bike, fine weather" riding.

You'll need to know your tyre diameter and width. You can find this by looking at the sidewall of your tyre.
You’ll see two measurements such as 700x28c (road bike) or 29x1.5 (MTB).
The first figure is diameter
The second figure is width
Match your tube to your tyre diameter.
Inner tube sizing: width
Inner tubes won’t just fit one wheel size, but a range. Always check sizing on the product page.
For example, a road inner tube can be labelled 700x23-28c. This tube will fit tyre widths of 23c, 25c & 28c. The same will be true of MTB tubes – 27.5x2.4-3.0.
Inner tubes come in two valve types: Presta & Schrader.
These are usually found on road bikes and advanced MTBs. They’re very thin and have a central core you unscrew before inflating.
These are ‘car-type’ valves are found on MTBs and other bikes with tyres that run at lower pressures.
Wheel rim compatibility
Your bike wheels will be drilled to fit one type of tube valve. You’ll need to make sure you choose the right one.
The easiest way is to check what valves your current inner tubes are.
Presta valves will fit all bike wheels but wider Schrader valves will not fit Presta specific valve holes.
