The Road BB Cups are designed specifically for use with your Cadence Road X-Type Crank. Manufactured from high strength aluminum and featuring twice the number of ball bearings than our competitors, our X-Type BB cups are also compatible with Shimano's system, making for a great upgrade

• Massive external bearings have 35% larger ball bearings than internal systems, yielding vastly improved durability
  
• Double sealed cartridge bearings feature a special full-comple- ment construction. This doubles the amount of ball bearings in the cartridge and effectively doubles the load carrying capacity of the bearing
  
• Interchangeable with Shimano's Dura Ace, Ultegra and 2006 105
