Product description

Shimano?s RT32 SPD cycling shoes are very lightweight at just 528g for a pair of size 40.  The rubber sole was designed to be sleek with minimum tread which keeps weight down but still gives you good traction. The RT32 is SPD cleat compatible and the glass fibre sole insert gives the cycling shoes extra stiffness and support whilst your pedalling for best performance. A breathable nylon mesh upper improves comfort by wicking away moisture when you?re really pedalling hard.

Two velcro hook and loop strap closures mean you can adjust the fit to perfectly to your feet without applying pressure.

Money Well Spent

Its the first time I have taken the plunge into the world of clipless. These shoes are very wide which accommodate my big flat trotters superbly an are solid which helps with the transfer of energy into the pedal stroke. Wish I had moved to these years ago!

Very good comfy to walk in

I bought these to use with my road bike for commuting. MTB cleats are easier to use for a first timer and the shoes are comfier to walk in. Great for beginners. Watch out for the dodgy Shimano sizing.

Rt32

The henge came as standard on my Specialized 29er. It is solidly made and quite light. Useful to have a variety of widths available. Even after a 40 mile off-road hike my undercarriage suffered no major after effects. Will purchase again.
