    Great first shoes

So far so good, they looks better then on pictures and well build, 840g for size 45 it's not to bad but of course there is some lighter models out there. Bought for my road and MTB bikes to use as one shoes for both bikes. Really pleased with this shoes, good quality and You can still walk around with them thanks to recess for cleats(obviously not for long time). As the first spd shoes- great. No complains so far.

    Great shoes for shorter rides

Good first spd shoes, v. comfortable uppers and being able to walk in them off the bike is a big plus over road shoes..but could do with being stiffer /more supportive for anything over 30 mins, when you really start to feel the loading coming through in the middle of the foot.

Race style which you can walk in

Great SPD Shoes with SL Styling. I bought these to replace SPDSL shoes for a bit more practicality for use with my racing bike and they get 10/10You need to buy 1.5 sizes bigger than you normal shoe size, however, as we have come to expect from Shimano. I bought 13 and normally take 11.5 in a normal UK shoe 12 in a trainer. they fit perfectly
