    Great for the price

Easy to fit. Does exactly what it is designed for. Good value for money.

    Tortec Tour

The purpose of buying a rack was so that I could affix a pannier thereto, thereby eliminating the need to carry a backpack. This rack serves the purpose perfectly. It is lightweight, a simple design, simple to fit, inexpensive and doesn't rattle. This is probably due to it not having a sprung clip, about which I am most pleased. Bungees are the way to go if it is necessary to secure other stuff to the rack. The only downside to this rack is that I lost all credibility with my children once I fitted it! Oh well, it's a small price to pay.

    Okay for the price

Well designed but fiddly to mount and not nearly as solid as racks in the £20-£25 range. The "arms" that join the rack to the frame are flimsy and you need six nuts difficult to tighten to hold everything in place. My panniers sit securely and the rack should do its job if I don't overload it.

    Decent Rack

I bought this rack about 5 years ago and it worked really well for carrying all sorts of loads from fully loaded with luggage to just one small bag for a quick trip to the shops. It fitted well onto multiple bikes although some without eyelets may need to buy pclips.Sadly mine broke when fully loaded with about 15kgs when I hit a very big pothole at speed on an unmade road.I would and have reccomend this rack to anyone looking to carry a bit more than what they can fit in a backpack on their bike.
