Vredestein Black Panther Xtreme The competition tyre for heavy conditions. Created for racing and marathons in mix rough conditions and providing excellent traction in the wet. Deeper wider spaced cleats give extra bite when cornering accelerating and braking. Probably the first choice for UK XC races and marathons.
Input from renowned mountain bikers, combined with the knowledge of rubber compounds and materials, has resulted in a high quality Vredestein MTB XC range, suitable for every terrain. From a fast hard surface to the deepest mud: Vredestein has a tyre in its ranges that enables mountain bikers to perform at their very best.
In 2012, the range will be extended even further. The new series of 55 mm wide tyres in the types Black Panther, Black Panther xtrac, Black Panther xtreme and Spotted Cat means that Vredestein is now able support the disciplines of Marathon and Freeride. Also new this year is the introduction of 29" tyres in the most popular models.
All these tyres are available as Tube Type, UST Tubeless and Tubeless Ready. Vredestein Tyre Sealant in combination with the Tubeless Ready system gives maximum puncture protection, more grip, a lower weight and an even lower roll resistance.
