We're cyclists ourselves at Tredz and we value happy customers above everything else.
If you feel unhappy about ANYTHING to do with our products or services, about issues that are or are not covered by the manufacturers or standard warrantees/guarantees, that are inside or outside our terms and conditions, let us know and we'll bend over backwards to keep you happy.
We feel we're about more than saving one-off postage or losing customers for the sake of being a little more flexible than the rules would allow. We believe we have more to offer to you and we want our customers to feel like shopping with us because we give damn good customer service over and above great deals and sharp prices. We want to be an online shop where we'd like to shop ourselves (and we've got some world-class critics here!)
