The Afan forest park house some of the best mountain biking any rider could wish for. The Wall at 23km and the Penhydd Trail at 17km combine stunning trails with jaw dropping views. The Glyncorrwg Mountain Bike Centre leads out to the world renowned White�s level and Skyline MTB trails at 15km and 46km apiece. The excellent facilities at the head of the Afan valley house everything the mountain biker could want including the all important shower rooms. You can also link up to the Afan Argoed Centre and its two trails if you're feeling very fit.

International MTB Association
The UK chapter of the IMBA promotes mountain biking in the UK & Ireland, and defends rights of way for MTBs.

Mountain Biking in Scotland
