Not every online shop will talk to you. In fact a lot go out of their way to remove that point of human contact. Not us, we encourage it! We put our phone number on the front page with pride because we’re very proud of our customer service team; they know their stuff and (after their coffee) they’re nice people too.
Experienced staff
Phone us (or visit our real world bicycle stores), and the chances are you’ll come into contact with someone that spends most of their waking hours thinking about bikes. The really bad ones spend most of their sleeping hours thinking about bikes too.
We cycle to work on bikes, work with bikes then ride them on road and over mountain on the weekends. Every conceivable type of cycling is represented at Tredz and we aren’t afraid to share that knowledge (fair warning).
Safe online shopping
We take your safety very seriously. As well as implementing the standard security levels, Tredz is scanned daily by McAfee Secure to ensure we're free from online threats. We use the largest secure independent payment service provider in the UK, SagePay, to take your online card purchases and never give out any of your details to anyone else. Bikes built and ready to ride
Our bikes are sent out ready to ride (16w and under come unassembled but are very quick and simple to put together). That means all you need to do is turn the handlebars and screw in the pedals.

What’s more all our bikes only leave us when one of our experienced and
Cytech qualified cycle mechanics has completed a full pre-delivery inspection. That work is then checked and signed off by our
Quality Control technician. Only then, with a tear in the eye do we wave it off out the door. Sniff. Please look after them with the same care we do.
