Which countries does Tredz ship to?

Tredz ships to a various European countries and we will be expanding this list as we go along - watch this space! Here is the current list:

How long will delivery take?

Your goods should normally arrive with you between 2 and 5 days from despatch for European countries. Most goods will have to be signed for.

Will I have to pay additional charges?

The price you pay when you place your order is the cost of the goods and shipping, within the European Union there are no additional customs charges.

Please note: if you choose to pay in Pound Sterling with a non-sterling card your bank may add an additional charge which is outside our control.

Why can't I buy everything that's on your site?

There are shipping restrictions on some of the brands we sell, and some countries may have product restrictions in place. Products or brands that cannot be shipped outside the UK are clearly marked.

How much does delivery cost?

You can see the costs when you add your items to the basket, basically we charge the equivalents of £5 for small items, £20 for bulky items such as child seats, turbo trainers and wheels, and £25 for bikes.

International returns

Tredz will credit return postage costs up to a maximum of £25, unless you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required in which case you will be liable for the return delivery. You can return goods within 30 days of receiving the goods, which have to be returned in a re-saleable condition. Please fill out our returns form and include this with the returns item.

To return bikes or bulky items such as child seats or turbo trainers please contact us to arrange a courier collection. Email us (info@tredz.co.uk) or use our contact form. Please note: Depending on the reasons for returning an item a collection charge may be incurred.
