At Tredz, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send it out. We also carefully package everything to prevent damage.

Sometimes things get broken in the post, or you order the wrong size. Here's what you can do about it.


Unwanted items

How to return

Simply return the items to us in their original, resalable condition, and securely packaged, within 365 days of receipt.

Collect+ Logo

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept the returns of undergarments if these items have been worn. We understand you would like to try clothing on for sizing and fit, but please make sure you wear undergarments when trying on for size. Our Returns department will inspect your items before issuing a refund to ensure your item is unworn and in a resalable condition

Fill in and enclose our returns form to help us process it as quickly as possible. You will need to pay for the items to travel back to us for an exchange/refund (for bikes the postage cost is £35). Please include the returns form and remember to get proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

For items under £75 and 10kg, you can use the Collect Plus service and drop your package off at a local store.

Courier collection

Return a bike

Call us on 01792 799508, and we can help arrange a courier collection.

We'll issue a full refund less any postage fees (for express delivery etc) and any refund charges imposed by your credit card company. There is also a £35 fee for returning a bike the is the wrong size, or simply unwanted. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received, together with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition. No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us.


Warranty returns

What's included?

Many bikes and parts are covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Below is a list of scenarios that are not covered under warranty.

  • Stripped pedal threads. When you receive your new bike you will need to fit the pedals. You can find a step-by-step guide to fitting your pedals here.
  • Damage from causes other than defects in material. For instance, if damage is caused by crashing your bike, it won't be covered under warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear. Components may show signs of wear and tear in less than two years depending on amount of use, type of use and other conditions. Some components can be expected to reach the end of their normal lifespan within this time.
  • Damage to products improperly installed or repaired.
  • Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained.
