I placed an order for some cycling gear only a few days for Christmas, it arrived on time and was liked very much by the recipient. I would just like to say thank you to the staff at Tredz, whenever I rang everyone I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. Thank you very much.

Bike arrived yesterday (wednesday) and looks lovely! I know my son will be very pleased with it. I would like to thank you for your quick and efficient service as I know the bike I asked for was not in stock and you have all worked very hard to make delivery in time for Christmas.My son will not have a disappointing christmas morning now! Hi Tredz,
Many thanks for your reply and your help in allowing me to visit my local bike shop. I am pleased to say that I didn't make it to the shop as the noise stopped after using the bike in torrential rain. I wonder if the rain has lubricated something and stopped the clicking noise.I had sprayed Muc Off absolutely everywhere previously so I can't think what has stopped the noise.
I will post a message on a cycling forum that I visit to say what a great service I have received from you because I do hear that people have worries about buying a bike online. I hope that my post will ease people's fears and they may even buy from you.
