Hi, recently bought bars which arrived in no time and of excellent value and quality. Last week ordered brake/gear levers and adaption to convert from downtube to bars which arrived as informed. Brilliant help over phone even to the point of a search by staff for parts and a call back. Excellent service. My bikes are now much more comfortable to ride. thanks again.

Just want to say a heartfelt thanks for the service I received on my first order. It may only have been a pair of socks but you seemingly were the only UK retailer able to come through with the goods. When I got a message saying the socks were on back order I half-suspected them to not be available but no, the next day I get another email saying they were in and would then be sent out to me. Order arrived safe and sound today, so only 5 days from order to arrival (including a weekend). Well done & I'll certainly use you again.

"I had a query about stock on an odd sized bike I was ordering for Christmas. Tredz rang their wholesale supplier and told me that, although they didn't have stock, they could get it for me within a few days and have the bike assembled and delivered before Xmas. Tredz were true to their word, and the bike was delivered 1 day ahead of schedule, despite the blizzard conditions in the country at the time."

"I was really pleased with the help you gave me during ordering. I oroginally ordered a pair of size 12 shimano trainers for my husband and sent an email with the order checking sizing. You advised to change to a size 13, updated the order and the shoes arrived in time for xmas and are a perect fit. Many thanks!"

When the bike was delivered, the whole set up was spot on (and the adjustment to the brakes which i asked for), right down to the correct height of the seat. I would like to thank everyone at Tredz for the excellent service I received when ordering my Giant TCR Advanced Sl. I was contacted by staff every 2nd day to inform me of it's progress, I asked for changes to be made to the spec. this was done courteously and efficiently, nothing but praise for this company, would not hesitate to buy from this company again. To top it all off I was able to make my purchase for �750 less than any other advertised price.

The brake arrived this morning. Just want to say it's been great to deal with a company that offers such a level of service as yours. I can't think of any other company that would email me to let me know what was going on with my order if there was a delay. Just wanted to say thanks for your excellent service last week. I received my bike as promised on Friday morning and everything was exactly as you said it would be, I’ve been out on two rides already and am well happy with the bike. I had tried to order the same machine from a competitor of yours but after two weeks of broken promises and no bike I gave up so it was really refreshing to deal with Tredz.

Just a quick note to say we have just taken delivery of the new bike and I wanted to say how delighted we are with the service you have provided, although there was a slight delay you kept us posted regularly and then to find on delivery the bike was completely assembled and tested to the degree that you had even fitted the extras we ordered like lights and Speedo …well done thank you!! We were up and running within 5 minutes of delivery; where as on other occasions we have received a bike ordered over the internet only to find it resembles a Macano kit and takes an hour to read the instructions and a further 2 hours to put it together. The only slight niggle in this case is the screen on the Speedo has received a slight crack in transit that may prove problematic in wet conditions. We will defiantly use and recommend Tredz again and again.

I'd just like to thank-you for such fantastic service. I ordered my new Turbo trainer last week (21jan), and was expecting it to arrive towards the end of this week. It was delivered on Monday, set-up Monday night & calibrated last night. Great new tool for my training and so quiet (my old turbos bearing had gone!)

Many thanks for your reply and your help in allowing me to visit my local bike shop. I am pleased to say that I didn't make it to the shop as the noise stopped after using the bike in torrential rain. I wonder if the rain has lubricated something and stopped the clicking noise.I had sprayed Muc Off absolutely everywhere previously so I can't think what has stopped the noise.
I will post a message on a cycling forum that I visit to say what a great service I have received from you because I do hear that people have worries about buying a bike online. I hope that my post will ease people's fears and they may even buy from you.

The bike arrived today and it's great, perfect for my commute to work. I'm very impressed by the way it was packaged and was already built so it was a doddle to get it up and running and will be sure to recommend tredz to friends who buy new bikes in the future.
