FULL & PART TIME SALES REPRESENTATIVE (TREDZ SWANSEA & CARDIFF)

SALARY: £NEGOTIABLE

We're recruiting for friendly, confident and consultative in-store Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Tredz in Swansea.

We're looking to hire quickly so please don't hesitate to apply if you're interested.

Working front of house, you’ll be the face of Tredz, providing excellent customer service and creating sales. Previous knowledge of cycling and bikes is advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given.

THE JOB INVOLVES:

  • No day is ever the same in Tredz but as a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, advising them on potential purchases.
  • Taking bookings for bike maintenance and repairs for our on site workshop face to face and by telephone.
  • Actively promoting Tredz products and services to our customers and contributing ideas to increase sales of bikes and cycle accessories.
  • Ensuring that the shop floor is well presented and that all goods are priced and labelled correctly.

YOU ARE:

  • An excellent communicator both face to face and on the telephone.
  • Flexible and able to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Happy using a computerised till system.

YOU'LL NEED:

  • A genuine passion for cycling.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • To be able to advise customers about the right products to buy, spotting opportunities for upselling.
  • To like no two days ever being the same!
  • Previous experience working in a bike shop would be great, but for the right person it isn't essential.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

We’re looking for a full time customer service advisor to join us in Swansea.

THE ROLE:

Our customer service team is the front line for Tredz.co.uk. You’ll be processing orders, taking payments and keeping the customer up to date throughout their order.

We make a big deal about being very easy to contact – and our customer service advisors are a very important part of that contact. You’ll be helping us by answering calls and dealing with a variety of queries.

You’ll be based in a dedicated office in our Swansea store. Air conditioning, good coffee and a very tightly knit team come as standard.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bikes are in our DNA, but for this role we are more interested in your customer service experience and wherewithal than your cycling history, so expert bike knowledge is nice but not essential for the role.

Attention to detail and an excellent attitude to customer service first, our bike training will cover the rest.

You would also need to be:

  • Comfortable using a computer
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Quick thinking and good at problem solving

ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – CONTACT CENTRE

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join us in our contact centre in Swansea. Our contact centre is a very important part of our business and we need someone that can help ensure we continue to offer all of our customers a first class and effortless service and an experience that is second to none.

THE ROLE:

Our customer service team is the front line for Tredz.co.uk. You’ll be assisting in the daily running of our contact centre team who are responsible for processing orders, taking payments, out-bounding and keeping our customers up to date throughout their order.

Part of your role will include meeting and setting customer service agent targets and key performance indicators, as well as planning areas of improvement and development. Ensuring we are at all times giving an effortless service to our customers, ensuring all contacts are answered within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.

You’ll be based in our dedicated contact centre office in our Swansea store. Air conditioning, great team benefits and a very tightly knit motivated team come as standard.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Daily duties will include the following so any proven skills and experience you have to fit these are what we are looking for:

  • Assisting in managing the daily running of the contact centre, effective resource planning and implementing call centre strategies and operations
  • Carrying out team need assessments and performance reviews, monitoring calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track performance
  • Identifying training needs and planning training sessions
  • Setting and meeting performance targets based around customer service levels and outbound sales performance
  • Recording statistics, performance and conversion levels and preparing reports
  • Liaising with managers to gather information and resolve any issues, stepping in to handle any complex customer issues
  • Coaching, motivating and retaining team members
  • Always offering first class effortless customer service

You would also need to be:

  • An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Quick thinking and good at problem solving
