We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Web/Marketing department. Our website represents a huge part of our future plans and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for the web and can help us achieve our online marketing plans.

The job...

• Assist with creation and production of PPC campaigns
• Assist with the creation and production of email marketing campaigns
• Identify and implement innovative new methods of capturing, communicating and retaining customers
• Seek out and explore new opportunities to build brand awareness and acquire customers
• Contribute to ongoing website development, enhancement and maintenance
• Liaising with other departments to ensure the various elements are in place to support successful promotional activity e.g. pricing, stock etc

The person...

• Tech-savvy and a lover of all things web!
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, always eager to learn with excellent communication skills
• Experience in planning workload to ensure that results are delivered within agreed timescale
• A strong team player comfortable with a highly collaborative working environment
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunity

The skills / experience...

• Strong SEO experience with proven positive results
• Previous online marketing experience using an array of different tools and techniques
• Degree Educated with excellent writing skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (particularly Excel)
• Experience extracting, analysing and segmenting data
• A working knowledge of standard front-end web development languages and techniques (HTML, CSS)
• A keen eye for detail
• Good knowledge of social media

We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to join our Web/Marketing Team. Our brand is a central factor in our future growth and development and we need a talented, commercially aware Graphic Designer to continue to develop the 'Tredz style' and enhance our brand both online & offline.

The job...

• Playing a pivotal role in the continued development of the Tredz brand
• Creating web graphics for the Tredz e-commerce website
• Designing promotional materials for print advertising
• Designing point-of-sale material for our retail outlets
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to continually improve email marketing campaigns
• Contribute to ongoing website development, enhancement and maintenance

The person...

• Proven track-record creating awesome graphics and working on commercial projects
• Excellent IT skills and a strangely symbiotic relationsip with Photoshop
• A remarkable talent for turning concepts and ideas (scribbles) into a polished final product

The skills / experience...

• Commercial experience designing for both the web and print (where and how isn't important, quality of work is!)
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS would be a bonus but must be able and willing to learn

Customer Service Representative

We're on the look out for a new Customer Service Representative. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic buying experience and the highest levels of service to our customers.

You will become part of our dedicated customer service team where your responsibilities will include order processing, phone calls and, sometimes, helping people decide which bike to go for. Previous bike knowledge is definitely advantageous.

• You'll be helping customers orders process smoothly and dealing with any issues as they arise
• You'll be using custom order management systems and Microsoft software to process orders
• You'll be receiving phone calls on a daily basis about anything and everything to do with cycling. It'll help if you know your way around - but you'll be surrounded by experts should you need help!
