We're on the look out for a Junior Front-End Web Developer. You’ll be highly competent using front-end web technologies to create stunning web interfaces (and you won't be afraid of back-end, server-side technologies either!).

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Web/Marketing department. Our website represents a huge part of our future plans and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for the web and can help us achieve our online marketing plans.

The job...

  • Assist with creation and production of PPC campaigns
  • Assist with the creation and production of email marketing campaigns
  • Identify and implement innovative new methods of capturing, communicating and retaining customers
  • Seek out and explore new opportunities to build brand awareness and acquire customers
  • Contribute to ongoing website development, enhancement and maintenance
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the various elements are in place to support successful promotional activity e.g. pricing, stock etc

Customer Service Representative

We're on the look out for a new Customer Service Representative. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic buying experience and the highest levels of service to our customers.

You will become part of our dedicated customer service team where your responsibilities will include order processing, phone calls and, sometimes, helping people decide which bike to go for. Previous bike knowledge is definitely advantageous.

The job...

  • You'll be helping customers orders process smoothly and dealing with any issues as they arise
  • You'll be using custom order management systems and Microsoft software to process orders
  • You'll be receiving phone calls on a daily basis about anything and everything to do with cycling. It'll help if you know your way around - but you'll be surrounded by experts should you need help!

  • You are an excellent communicator
  • Have the enthusiasm to deliver a fantastic level of service to our customers
  • You are computer (especially Microsoft) literate
