We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader in our Swansea head office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent leadership qualities and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service in an energetic, fun and vibrant environment.

About the role:

• You will be responsible for customer orders and their smooth processing
• You will be dealing with any issues as they arise
• You will understand what strong customer service entails and be delivering that on a daily basis with your team
• It would help if you know your way around bikes - but you'll be surrounded by experts should need them.

You will have:

• Experience at leading teams
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• A responsible attitude
• The ability to motivate people
• Ability to think on your feet and cope in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people's
• IT skills but it is Outlook and Excel level, not Dreamweaver or HTML work.
