A great bike shop needs great staff. Our customer service assistants are the first point of contact for our store customers.

About the role:

  • You'll be helping our customers find their perfect bike and guiding them through our huge range of accessories
  • You'll be taking them through every step, from advice, to sales and after-care support
  • We don't care what people ride, so long as they do so the ability to offer non-judgemental advice is crucial
  • We aim high - our stores looks great and, thanks to our shop assistants they stay that way.
  • The job is very varied and you'll need to be ready to pitch in. One minute you'll be advising a customer, the next helping us out in by testing bikes

About you:

  • You have a genuine passion for cycling
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • Have the enthusiasm to deliver a fantastic level of service to our customers
  • Work well in a team and as an individual
  • You like a diverse and busy day.

We’re looking for somebody to help us help our customers get the service they're used to. That involves order processing, phone calls and, sometimes, helping people decide which bike to go for. Previous bike knowledge is definitely advantageous.

About the role:

  • You'll be helping customers orders process smoothly and dealing with any issues as they arise
  • You'll be using custom order management systems and Mircosoft software to process orders.
  • You'll be recieving phone calls on a daily basis about any and everything to do with cycling. It'll help if you know your way around - but you'll be surrounded by experts should you need help

About you:

  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You are computer (especially Microsoft) literate
  • Have the enthusiasm to deliver a fantastic level of service to our customers
  • Work well in a team and as an individual
  • Have a flexible approach to the hours of work
