Excellent service.

Bike goes well on the road and on the trail, one thing I’d recommend any buyer is to fit slime tubes straight away. First trip out on the road I got a flat, the Honey Badger tyres do get decent reviews, but not worth taking the chance if you’re going into the forests. Aside from that, the bike is amazing, at 6 ft 2” I opted for the XL size, which is absolutely spot on, the gear shifts are smooth regardless of up/downhill or on the flat, brakes are maybe a little too responsive, but with all new bikes this seems to be the case. If you’re new to the game or an experienced hand I’d recommend this bike, smooth and fast.
