Boardman ADV 8.8 - Nearly New - L 2019 - Road Bike

This Boardman ADV bike is in great condition. However, it has previously been ridden for a number of miles, and as such there is some wear on the drivetrain. Cosmetically, the bike also has some damage on the chain stay, seat stay, brake lever and stem.

The bike has also has a different chainset fitted (50/34t)

To ensure this bike meets our high standards for quality, it has undergone a thorough inspection by our professional mechanics. As with all our bikes, it comes with a 12 month Tredz warranty, plus any additional manufacturer warranty which may apply.

The Boardman ADV 8.8 Sora Mens Road Bike is a bike truly made to help you explore new possibilities. Taking the fast rolling features of a road bike the ADV bikes have a more forgiving geometry that allows a more upright riding position. With a lower bottom bracket for better stability and wide Schwalbe G-One tyres, this bike is adept at riding in comfort on roads but really excels when you want to get off the beaten track.

Shimano Sora gears are offered with a subcompact chainset (48/32) that gives you a great range of gears and plenty of scope, even if carrying extra gear, to get up any hill you come across. Pannier and mudguard ready this bike is also a brilliant commuting option as the slightly more upright position will help you keep an eye on the traffic.

A carbon fork keeps the weight down and naturally, all this comes on a brilliant Boardman aluminium frame that is designed with adventure in mind

If you fancy a few upgrades, trade up to the ADV8.9 for Tiagra gears, Shimano hydraulic brakes and flared bars for even more control.
