Cannondale Synapse Disc 105 5 - Nearly New - 56cm 2016 - Road Bike

This Cannondale Synapse road bike is in great condition. However, it has previously been ridden for a number of miles, and as such there is some wear on the drivetrain, tyres and paintwork. Cosmetically, the bike also has some damage on the saddle, bar tape, forks, chain stay and top tube. Some of the white pain has become discoloured.

To ensure this bike meets our high standards for quality, it has undergone a thorough inspection by our professional mechanics. As with all our bikes, it comes with a 12 month Tredz warranty, plus any additional manufacturer warranty which may apply.

Endurance road geometry

Comfort reduces fatigue, especially over long distance rides. A slightly taller headtube, slacker head angle and longer wheelbase offer stable handling, with a more upright riding position, to help keep you fresh in the saddle for longer.

The 6061 alloy frame features taper butted tubes to shave off the grams and subtle rack and mudguard mounts add versatility.

Micro-suspension

The Save Stays - seat and chainstays - allow for a little vertical flex while maintaining horizontal stiffness, thanks to their flattened profile. This enables the bike to absorb shocks from riding over rough road surfaces without compromising power transfer when you stomp on the pedals.

Carbon fork

Also featuring directional compliance the carbon fork complements that provided by the rear end for a balanced ride. Steering is precise and the natural vibration damping qualities of carbon fibre add further comfort.

11 speed drivetrain

The Shimano 105 drivetrain is combined with an FSA compact chainset and provides slick precise shifting over a wide range of gears. This means that you can take on all the gradients on your route with confidence.
