Product description

Ready for discovering the joys of the open road, the Cannondale Synapse Disc Adventure is an endurance road bike that is ready for anything; from long distance road rides to urban training routes and even stylish commuting.

Endurance road geometry

A taller head tube, slacker head angle and longer wheelbase give the Synapse a comfortable upright riding position which will help you to stay fresh in the saddle for longer.

The 6061 alloy frame is stiff and lightweight thanks to taper butted tubes which shave off the grams without compromising strength.

Save Stays

The seat and chainstays have a flattened profile which allows for a little vertical movement while remaining stiff horizontally and torsionally. This built in compliance, works with the fork and acts as a micro-suspension system, absorbing the shock of bumps on the road for improved traction as well as comfort.

Carbon fork

With a complementary amount of fore/aft deflection engineered into the carbon fork the Synapse offers a comfortable and balanced ride over rough terrain. Steering remains precise while the natural bump absorbtion qualities of carbon fibre add further levels comfort.

True 22 speed

The SRAM Rival groupset is combined with FSA Gossamer cranks to provide slick precise shifting over a wide range of gears so that you can take on all the climbs and descents on your route. This is a true 22 speed system as every cog on the cassette can be used from either chainring without any chain rub to slow you down.

Hydraulic disc brakes

As well as providing consistent performance in all weather conditions hydraulic disc brakes offer much better modulation than the mechanical versions. This enables you to easily apply just the right amount of braking pressure that you need. Confident speed control has never been so easy.

With it’s City styling and open road capabilities the Cannondale Synapse Disc Adventure won’t be out of it’s comfort zone wherever you choose to ride it.
