Charge cooker 3

I swapped from a full suspension cannondale habit to this bike because i was fed up with creaking bottom brackets and worn bushes ! , and for the price i cant really complain , it handles brilliantly and is a good base for building into a decent trail basher.ive always been sceptical about suntour forks but so far they have been very good ! .....i most certainly would reccomend if you want simplicity ,reliabilty and fun ,i have already swapped the trail blazer tyres for knobby nics and the grip has improved no end .would also reccomend wider risers and a shorter stem.

Problematic

Bought this after reading good reviews on various mtb forums. However I can’t believe how disappointed I’ve been. For a pretty decent lump of cash you don’t get much of any quality components. Tektro brakes have play in the pads that feels like a loose headset. Wheels are supposed to be tubeless ready but leak air out the weld. After 3 rides the freehub is sticking and clunking. All I can hope is that the frame is solid. I’ll be ringing tredz customer service in the hope I’ve just got a bad one out the batch.
