Giro 100 Proof Freezing Weather Cycling Gloves

I was looking for new gloves after my existing "waterproof" ones were absolutely soaking inside after a ride in a heavy downpour. I chose these gloves after reading a review that emphasised how water proof they were. I have only been out in them once in the rain and my hands were perfectly dry at the end. This highlights one, that they are waterproof and two, that they are breathable. The manufacturers also claim that they keep hands warm in very cold weather. Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on this benefit as I suffer Raynaud's Disease and have white fingers at any temperature lower than 7/8 degrees. The zip pocket for a hand-warmer is however very useful in this regard. One note of caution, I ordered a large pair thinking I would use a liner glove inside but they are only just big enough for my hand which are medium.
