The Giro Xar MTB helmet is the perfect accessory for protecting your head as you tackle the toughest trails. How to measure your head size
To find the circumference of your head, place a tape measure in the centre of your forehead, wrap it around above your ears and around the back of your head. If there's a slight difference between two different sizes, always go for the tighter size.
Giro cycling helmets are adjustable so will fit a range of head sizes. Once you know the circumference of your head, select an appropriate helmet size. For example, if your measurement is 57cm then a size M (55-59cm) or a One Size (54-61cm) will fit you.
