Blinding!!!

Amazing LED light. Very happy with it. Does a really good job on the dark paths. Good battery life. Would recommend this one to anyone. The light beam comparison option on Tredz site shows the real light output and is similar in real life.

Good light but construction could be better

The light is generally good in terms of performance but its a bit disappointing that it comes apart a little too easily. The front metal part tends to slip out of the rubberised mount exposing the battery and electronics.

Blinder is the key word here

Looking for a new light for my bike and came across this due to the arc feature on its lense this lights up far more than you would expect from a 550 lumen and in a lot of cases out performs a number of other lights with far more powerful lumen ratings. Cars and pedestrians will definitely see you coming with this

Good but...

A great light does what it says on the tin and its a fair price. I have a Cateye as well and comparing the two the Cateye has in theory a greater output the Knog gives a better and more useable light profile.But... The fixing is rubbish. Very easy to use just strap on to the bars but I cant stop it slipping. And 550 lumens straight up into your left eyeball on a dark lane is no use. I'm trying tape supplied to help the helmet fixing and hopefully that will help.Otherwise I cant recommend any higher.
