    The frames really nice

I have owned the bike for three weeks now. Before buying I looked for reviews concerning the 2017 model but couldn't find any. The short video on NS's website showed the bike performing on dirt and skate park jumps, although with an added chain tensioning device. When the bike arrived I found the handlebars too long for my preferenance. Easily cut down to size. The bike is perfectly balanced and really fast rolling considering the fat tyres. It is pretty light, easily lugged one arm back up stair sets. When pedalling hard the chain slips. Perhaps this was a set up issue. The forks are really good, soak up some rocky downhill sections at speed. The bike generally instills confidence, with the exception of the drivechain. I have slightly buckled both wheels all ready but I have ridden it hard and not always smoothly. The chain comes off often during dirt jumps and street. I'm hoping this can be fixed with a chain device. The plastic pedals are pretty grippy and very strong. The brakes are adequate for most things. The brake is slippy if you like hopping on the backwheel. I think I will replace this with a hydraulic. The gearing is really nice, completely feasable as a cross country bike. I know there are quite a few negatives with the bike but I love it! No regrets just wished the rims had prooved a little tougher.
