Disappointed until broken in

Firstly I'm 6,1 and bought an XL and it's not XL. I definitely couldn't have got the L. The build quality is great. Amongst the best you can find for the money unless you are looking at canyons and YTs. Out the box the bike felt very springy and hard and I struggled to dial it in at home before going for a ride. First ride out on the bike was fort William WC track and once I settled into the bike and it bedded in it felt great. Wheels took a hammering they are still pretty straight considering. The front end was pretty low even with the riser bars so I moved the stem spacers around and it felt better. All in all quite happy with the purchase. I was a little disappointed with the 'build' by the tredz 'mechanic' with a few things not as they should have been, my mech being the main one causing damage to the frame
