    Daily use, comfy and practical

I have had these shoes a couple of months now, I use them everyday riding to work, and around Derbyshire on workout rides, and around Wales and Staffs on red routes, just for fun. Great shoes, always comfy, dry out quick but aren't drafty, plus the Velcro top strap makes them extra secure without needing to crush your foot. A little narrow to walk in, but they are cycle shoes I guess

    Great first cleat shoes.

Bought these as my first pair of cleat shoes. Very comfortable, true to size. Highly recommended.

    Excellent for first time user

This was the first pair of dedicated cycling shoes (with cleats) for me. I was a bit apprehensive to start with however it was very simple to get use to using them alongside Shimano Click'r pedals. I usually get a size larger for trainers and I did the same here and they fitted great, very good quality and comfortable. fitting the cleats were very easy as the pair I received had a detachable base cover with screws so no cutting needed. The benefit of these shoes was significant and noticeable from the first ride. If anyone has doubts for the switch to cleats.... go for it and you will not regret it.

First MTB shoes but v happy

Disclaimer - only worn these out once so far First pair of MTB clip in shoes and love them. Picked up a bargain from Tredz with these Scott shoes and made a big difference to a 2hr ride. Great quality, feet stayed dry, fit was true to size. Definitely recommend.

    Excellent

Just traded up to SPD from flat pedals so these are my first SPD shoes. I can't fault them at all very well made and a good fit, a pr virus review mentioned buying a bigger size but I ordered my usual size 9 and they fit fine but I suppose that is a personal thing. Overall highly recommended.

    Scott Trail shoe

Bought these for touring so wanted something inconspicuous. These fit the bill. Bought a bigger size as recommended and they fit perfectly. They are light in weight, appear well made and are comfortable. Fitting the SPD cleats was easy, on my model the rubber cover was screwed on, so easy to remove. Overall pretty impressed.

    Scott trail Velcro and laces

Have had these a couple of months now and they are performing well, commuting and XC. As with all my cycle shoes, I went for next size up and fitted well. Couple of things to mention tho. One is the need for craft or Stanley knife to cut out sole to fit cleats, other SPD shoes you can just unscrew the area over plate, bit awkward as soles gluing on one of mine had strayed and needed plyers to get enough grip to get it off. Other thing, I had to change the laces. Originals had a loose weave and kept getting caught up on the Velcro strap. Might be I'm a bit untidy with loosening laces and strap but annoyed me so changed to tight wound laces and now much faster getting in and out of them.
