Fast and efficient the Specialized Epic Comp is a race ready full sus MTB. Ideal for XC and marathon racing the Epic combines raw speed and efficiency to get you to the finish line as fast as possible.

The lightweight FACT 9m carbon fibre frame features World Cup XC 29 mountain bike geometry for more explosive power transfer and nimbler handling – just what you need while jostling for places on the race course. The rear suspension features a unique Fox/Specialized Mini Brain shock which isolates rider and trail input. This means that the rear end remains stiff as you stand up on the pedals while still being able to soak up the bumps and hits on the trail.

Up front the RockShox Reba RL fork offers 100mm of smooth suspension travel. Compression and rebound damping are easily adjusted so you can fine tune the feel to match specific courses.

The SRAM 1x11 speed drivetrain delivers ultra-reliable shifting over a wide range of gears so you can attack the whole course more easily. Ideal for cross country riding the Roval 29 wheels are stiff and lightweight.
