Product Description

The Specialized Sierra women’s road cycling helmet offers serious protection in a stylish and great value package.

The Sierra is packed with features designed for comfort and protection including a Ponytail-ready HairPort SX fit system. This gives you micro adjustability and room for your hair for easy and accurate fitting.

A Tri-Fix web splitter improves comfort with easy strap adjustments for hassle free riding. Keeping you cool is the Specialized 4th Dimension Cooling System which connects deep vents at the front to exhaust at the rear. The system works to pull air through the lid and also wick away sweat for a more comfortable ride.

Specialized’s Sierra women’s cycling helmet also comes with reflective webbing and decals to improve your visibility in poor light conditions - ideal for commuting.

Review | 4 / 5

“The Specialized Women's Sierra helmet meets all safety standards, fits really well, and doesn't make you look like a mushroom. While doing all of this, its price tag significantly undercuts the vast majority of the leading specialist manufacturers for entry-level helmets.” – Road.cc

    A great helmet

I fell off my bike on ice and really don't remember anything about it but my helmet is now broken and my head is fine, not even bruises. judging by the bruises on the rest of me and my loss of memory for that half hour it must have been a cracking fall. I am going to buy a specialized Sierra again,

    Excellent!

I had not had a bicycle helmet for years (very bad, I know..) until I knew I would be cycling a lot more frequently. This being my first choice I have nothing to compare it with. I immediately felt safer wearing a helmet, the style of this one is comfortable and the clip-on guard offers some protection from rain and glaring sunshine - I don't yet have sunglasses for riding so this helps a little. The room for adjustment is great and space for ponytail is a feature that ought to be on all helmets!! The helmet is lightweight and comfortable and I've used it for a few months now. and am very happy with it. I am also impressed that it comes with an ID label for your personal details name/address/medical contact and blood type to stick on the inside. I don't know of this is a standard feature or not, but it gave me reassurance that in the event of an accident those details can make life easier for the emergency services. :)
