Blue Protection Series. The Sportsbalm Blue Series protects the skin against chafing between skin and clothing, abrasions or irritations that can develop during sports. The products protect the areas of the body that are most prone to this.

Protect and support skin functions

The Sportsbalm Blue Series consists of two skin-protecting products. Each product has its own unique combination of active ingredients, allowing problem areas to be effectively treated. Painful areas and skin irritations decrease and disappear and the skin functions receive targeted protection and support.

Anti Friction Cream protects the skin from chafing and irritation that can occur during exercise due to moisture and/or friction between the body and clothing, racing shorts or saddle. The cream is widely used by cyclists: as seat protection and to prevent chafing of areas such as the groin. The specially selected ingredients make the cream very suitable for the protection and care of dry and sensitive skin.

What is chamois cream?

Chamois cream is the cyclist’s secret weapon against saddle soreness. Simply slap it on your skin or the pad of your shorts and it will help prevent any soreness or general unpleastant goings on in your downstairs area.

Who needs chamois cream?

Frequent riders and those that ride longer distances. Even with an exceptionally comfortable saddle and padded shorts, the fact is that hours spent in the saddle eventually leads to discomfort and possibly nasty injuries or infections. The moisturising properties make it a great face cream too!

What are the choices?

There are a range of chamois creams available, varying in odour and strength. The cream comes in tubs or tubes

What should I buy with it?

Fill a small travel dispenser with some cream. You can then keep it in your seatpack or pocket for on the move applications.

Anything else?

Check the label for ingredients you are sensitive or allergic to. There would be nothing worse than smothering your sensitive parts only to experience agonising burning pain minutes later…
