The new Stumpjumper combines the lightweight efficiency of a cross country bike with the handling and capability of a hardcore trail ripper. The result is a mountain bike that can climb and accelerate like it has a motor and descend with conviction as it tears through every trail condition.
Capability and Stability
With a long, low and slack geometry this lightweight mid travel 29” trail bike keeps things stable in the rough while the short chainstays give you that nimble, flickable feel. A steep seat tube angle optimizes your pedalling position for efficient climbing.
Trail Tuned Suspension
To make the most of the 130mm of rear wheel travel the Stumpjumper has a progressive leverage curve that ramps up at the end of the travel. This means you get plenty of small bump sensitivity with pedalling support in the mid stroke and great bottom out resistance.
No Lazy Carbon
The carbon Stumpjumper frame design has been refined to ensure that every fibre of the layup is used effectively. This means that at 2250g the frame (S4 including shock and hardware) is over 200grams lighter than last year’s bike.
Size to your Style
The Stumpjumper’s S-Sizing is based on what matters: rider size and style, not inseam. All sizes have similar headtube lengths and standover, so you can choose the size that best suits your individual riding style.
