Bike Setup: I like to run my suspension nice and firm. This means that the bike tends to skip over the holes on the track, carrying more speed and allowing me to ride faster.

About Dan

This is the first year that Dan has been racing for Team Tredz and competing in the Expert category and national downhill mountain bike events.

Dan first started racing DH in 2011 and loves the thrill of riding challenging courses, riding fast over roots, rocks and jumps with just inches to spare on either side of the track. Dan approaches his racing on an event to event basis and has advanced through the ranks building up his skills and race fitness along the way.

UK DH Series Round One

Saturday Morning – round one of the UK DH series at Revolution Bike Park – started with a fairly cold and wet track walk, but the weather was soon overshadowed by the track which looked awesome. It had everything from steep and technical slate shoots to fast and flowing jumps and turns.
