Working within the Ecommerce team, you will help bring our passion to life by helping to support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, acquisition activities, paid social media as well as other marketing functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and vibrant Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in the development of an excellent brand.

You will support the planning of our marketing initiatives from ideation to execution. The key measures of success will be driving brand awareness and consideration, social engagement and marketing campaign activations.

In this role, you will research and analyse market, customer, and competitor trends and insights to help support delivery and creation of innovative marketing campaigns and strategies, which will grow and change how people perceive our brand, ensuring our brand remains recognisable, relevant, and striking to customers and prospects.

Key Responsiblities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns to attract new customers and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, seasonal trends, and company milestones as well as overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging channels for effective customer acquisition.
  • Action a comprehensive annual marketing calendar outlining key campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to the marketing calendar based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely production of marketing assets and collateral for planned campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of paid social campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and platform updates to incorporate new features and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness through various media channels.
  • Collaborate with media partners to secure coverage and placements in relevant outlets.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and engage in reputation management, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Implement brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Measure and report on the impact of brand awareness initiatives, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience working in an Ecommerce Marketing team as a Marketing executive
  • Strong business acumen and a good level of commercial awareness
  • Good attention to detail
  • Creative design experience
  • Experience with an understanding of market research
  • Data-driven thinking with strong analytical skills
  • Experience managing 3rd party agencies and partnerships
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Good team player with experience of working in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Act quickly and decisively using good judgment in marketing decisions and performing actions.
  • The foresight to put yourself in the shoes of the customer.
  • Enthusiastic about Cycling an advantage
  • Experience using Cheetah Digital or similar messaging platform would be an advantage

Tredz Bikes are looking for a Sales Advisors to join our team of cycling enthusiasts, based in Cardiff, delivering effortless customer service.

The Job...

Our sales advisors are the front line for our stores. You’ll be the friendly approachable face of Tredz, offering the very best advice when it comes to all things bikes and accessories and thus ensuring our great products find the right homes.

We make a big deal about being the place for all things cycling – and our customer service needs to be second to none. You’ll be based in our Cardiff store and be available to work flexibly, including weekends.

Bikes are in our DNA, so for this role we are interested in your cycling history and any expert bike knowledge to complement your customer service experience and your attention to detail.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

You will fit right with our dynamic bike specialist store team if you have a genuine passion for cycling, are comfortable using a PC, possess great communication skills and the have the ability to think quick and problem solve. Finally you must have the confidence to speak to customers and ensure they are ride ready.

Salary is £10.50 - £10.92 per hour hour depending on experience.
