The Charge Spoon Saddle is extremely popular for all XC, Enduro and Road riders.  Why? Because it is extremely comfortable.  The longer you ride in this saddle the more you'll appreciate it. No more numbing pain on your sit bones.

It's light too at just 285g.

Charge have put a lot of thought into the design of the Spoon saddle. It's a mid-width saddle with a pressure relief channel that also keeps the blood flowing to your legs.

The shape is very supportive with the sweep towards the rear and drop at the nose. This nose has enough width to allow you to shift forwards on steep climbs or when you're really powering along - you can alter your riding position.

It's durable too, the Spoon will perform for a long time. It's simply fantastic, and at this price point.. untouchable. Just look at the positive reviews it receives.

    best saddle.... ever!

brought this saddle to replace the Prologo saddle on my boardman Pro FS. great saddle, great price and great service from Tredz! i was barely able to do a 20km loop of my local trails centre with the old saddle, with the Spoon saddle i can ride all day long without feeling uncomfortable.

    Comfy seat

This is the second charge spoon I have bought. Much more comfortable than the saddle that came with my bike but still a firm MTB seat and great value.

    Blessed Relief

After a couple of crippling years in the saddle (anything over 50 miles was agony on the hands and seat bones) I decided to treat myself to a few upgrades starting with new bar tape, specialized body geometry gloves (also from tredz) which are fantastic and made such a difference regarding numbness. I moved onto my delicate bottom. Treated myself to some Lusso gel bib shorts and this saddle. I can only compare it to the saddle that came with my Felt bike a prologo Cappa saddle and the difference is amazing the combination of gel bib shorts and saddle has been a revelation. Took the bike out on 60 mile ride on Sunday no aches or pains on Monday. Absolute bargain for the price!

    Brilliant

What an amazing seat. I rode for 30 miles and I never had a sore bum. Looks brilliant with my specialised rockhopper.

    Its like a new bum

After the agony of new bike / saddle, thought for £25 its worth a try - It doesn't look as sleek and 'WOW' as the other road bike saddles at the cafe stops - but my bum thanks me for it - you can't see it when your riding anyway!

    Witchcraft!

Getting back into MTB after a lot of years off, I was really struggling to bond with my new Cube full sus bike: even with a plush 140mm at both ends, the original saddle (a SelleItalia Trail) was killing my backside, and things weren't improving over time. Admittedly more in hope than expectation, I took the many positive reviews out there of Spoon at face value, and gave it a punt. Within two rides, all of my earlier problems had completely disappeared: the width (and SHAPE) of the saddle perfectly suits my sit-bones, and I'm more comfortable now on my new ride than I ever was on any of my old bikes which I'd ridden for donkey's years. And - bonus point - the orangey-red of the logo on the black saddle PERFECTLY matches the "black 'n' flashred" colour scheme of the Cube. I don't see how a saddle could be more comfortable, to be honest. Best £20 you'll ever spend on an upgrade.

    Saddle

After trying all sorts of often more expensive saddles, I find myself sat on this, the best so far......so I bought them for all my bikes :-)

    Amazing!

Having tried a few different saddles for my touring e-bike, including various Brooks models, I was beginning to think that I (or at least my rear) was extremely fussy, as I wasn't really happy with any of them. Bought this on the strength of the reviews, but wasn't that hopeful when I unwrapped it - it looked too thin to be comfortable. I'm happy to say that looks can be deceiving, as from the first sit this was a revelation! The best thing you can say about a saddle is that you don't notice it, and I certainly don't feel like I've been riding a bike the next day. Super comfy, light, good looks, and cheap! Genuine bargain!

    Does the job

It's not like sitting on an armchair but so much better than the Specialized arse-destroying thing that came with my bike.

    Most Comfy Saddle Ever

Bought two of these for my son and myself to go on our MTBs. Easily the most comfy saddle ever, much better than these overpadded fat things. Quite light for a chromo railed version. Brilliant value for money. Getting one for my road bike next. Don't hestitate, buy now.
