The SealSkinz Winter Cycle Gloves are a true all-winter ready accessory for your hands. Being lightweight, these cycling gloves are also very breathable to reduce moisture build up. They?re also very insulated. The Ripstop outer shell fabric is durable for daily wear and tear, and also water resistant for showery rides.
SealSkinz Winter Gloves are designed specifically with cyclists in mind. The finger sections are pre-curved for a better cycling fit, whilst the gel inserts at key pressure points on the palm make for a more comfortable ride. Silicone contact points also improve handlebar grip so your hands don?t slip - a great safety feature, as are the reflective piping elements for improved visibility.
Got two pairs bought a pair for my dad and recently a pair for my son and they are very warm and waterproof. Only downsides are that the latest pair has loose linings in the fingers so if you sweat they pull out and are annoying to get back in. Worth a punt though.

What are cycling gloves?
Cycling gloves are specially adapted to cosset your hands while riding. Cycling can put a lot of pressure on your palms, so dedicated bike gloves are very important.
Who needs cycling gloves?
Every rider will benefit from gloves. They aren’t just to keep your hands warm – they provide grip, protection and essential padding.
What are the choices?
Long fingered for winter, short fingered or mitts for summer. Off roaders might want long gloves, perhaps with armoured knuckles, all year round. There are gloves with minimal padding and seams, or mitts with gel cushioning to protect your nerves.
What should I buy with it?
More gloves! Most cyclists will need a long fingered pair of gloves in winter and mitts for summer.
About that little bit of terry fabric on the thumb – yes, it really is for wiping your snotty nose on as you ride. Because of this, you really need to be washing your gloves as often as you wash the rest of your kit.
