How much will postage and packaging cost?
Free Delivery
P&P to mainland UK is FREE regardless of product size and value.
Orders will usually take between 2 and 7 working days to arrive.
(Please note: bulky products and bikes shipped to outlying UK regions are excluded from free shipping,
see 'Exceptions' below.)
Timed delivery
- Guaranteed next working day delivery is £10.00. (For orders placed
on a weekday before 12noon, delivery to UK Mainland.)
- Next working day morning delivery is £17.50 (regardless of size and value,
orders need to be placed on a weekday before 12noon, for delivery to a UK
Mainland address.).
- Saturday delivery is £20.00 for orders placed up to
Friday 12noon, to a UK Mainland address. (Please don't rely
on this for important events, e.g. a birthday present. Couriers only work
with skeleton staff on Saturdays and we'd hate someone's special day to be
spoiled, please arrange for delivery a couple of days beforehand. We regret that this delivery charge is non-refundable.)
Exceptions
Exceptions to free delivery are courier deliveries to the following regions: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands* and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. Depending on the size of your order it will cost £20.00 for bulky items or £25.00 for bikes and tag-a-longs. Please note: items which can be sent by Royal Mail qualify for
free shipping regardless of delivery region.
*Courier deliveries (i.e. bulky items and bikes) to the following Scottish postcodes are excluded from free shipping: KW1-14, PA34,
PA37-39, PH19-26, 30-40, 49-50 and PH41 sector 4. Delivery to these
postcodes costs £20 for bulky items or £25 for bikes.
International deliveries
We currently ship to various European countries, see the drop down at
top of the page for an up-to-date list. Shipping charges: bikes £25, bulky items £20 and all other goods £5 per
order, or the equivalent in Euros. For more information see our International Shipping page.
In-Store Collections
If you have opted to pick your items up from one of our stores, you will be contacted once your order is ready to be collected. On collection you need to bring the following documents : photographic ID (drivers licence, passport etc) and a copy of your invoice. Please note if no photographic ID can be produced your good will not be realised.
