A good range of products to suit all levels of cyclist. Very helpful staff who provided impartial advice. As a newcomer to road cycling, there was no attempt made to recommend more expensive products. The returns process is also very straightforward with 365 days to return items using CollectPlus. Would use them again and recommend to others.
My new bike arrived well packaged and was easily assembled. The gears and brakes where all set up correctly and worked perfect out of the box.

Had a defective cycle seat emailed them, and thought they had forgotten about it .Little did I know in the background they were trying to find out how the defect occurred.On this occasion it was manufacturers defect so they sent me a new seat within days. Great stuff .
