I bought these grips as I suffer with Fibromyalgia in my arms and legs and thought they might help in causing me less pain in my hands and fore arms. They work a treat. I can ride much further than previously before suffering any discomfort. I would recommend these to anyone as they give a much more comfortable ride.

ERGON GR2 grips

I fitted a pair of these to my Dahon folding bike. The main grip provides excellent palm support and the bar end extensions are long enough to be really useful for hill climbing or headwinds etc while still being short enough not to interfere with the folding procedure. On my full size bikes I have fitted the Ergons with longer bar ends but they are slightly heavier so the GR2s are a good lightweight choice for any bike.
